A graduate of King’s College London, Andrew was admitted as a solicitor in 1988. He has substantial experience in all areas of employment law and practice gained in large Midlands law firms Wragge & Co and Needham & James, where he was an equity partner for eight years and founded the Employment Law Department.

For 10 years until 2017 Andrew was also non-executive director of W T Parker Group, an electrical contracting and engineering group based in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. 

We continue to advise on employment law for a wide range of employer clients, with a particular focus on SME's, with tumovers ranging from about £0.5m to over £200M. We also act for directors and senior management employees.

Following encouragement from clients to expand its range of services, Andrew Owen & Co opened its office in Alcester in 2016 and now offers a wide range of legal services to corporate, charitable and individual clients.
